Riviera Country Club has become the center of attention this week as Tiger Woods returns to the PGA Tour for the first time since the 2023 Masters. The 2024 Genesis Invitational serves as the platform for Woods' comeback, just as he did in last year's tournament after a long break, where he finished in the top 50.


However, Woods is not the only notable player in the field. The Genesis Invitational is the third major event of the season and the first to have a cut at the 36-hole mark. As the tournament host, Woods is joined by world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, who recently came close to winning the WM Phoenix Open for the third consecutive time. Scheffler is aiming for his first PGA Tour victory since the 2023 Players Championship and hopes to put an end to a streak of unexpected winners on the tour.


Rory McIlroy also has high hopes after a disappointing performance at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. Patrick Cantlay, Xander Schauffele, Collin Morikawa, Max Homa, and Sahith Theegala, who have a strong track record at Riviera, make up the California contingent and are ready to compete in Los Angeles. Meanwhile, Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth aim to maintain their momentum after a strong showing at the WM Phoenix Open.


Out of the initial 70 players, only the top 50 and those within 10 strokes of the lead will continue to the next round. Although it may not seem like a significant cut, it will undoubtedly add to the excitement on Friday and set the stage for an exciting weekend with some of the world's best players.

PGA Tour Radio will be broadcasting from 2-7 p.m.


Round 4 - Sunday

The final round will commence at 9:30 a.m. PGA Tour Live will provide coverage from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Early TV coverage will be available on Golf Channel and fubo from 1-3 p.m. Following that, you can watch the live TV coverage on CBS from 3-6:30 p.m. If you prefer online streaming, you can access the live simulcast on CBSSports.com and the CBS Sports App during the same time frame.
